The room cleanliness wasn't up to standard. encountering hair in the shower and stained floors is unacceptable. Repeated room changes due to these cleanliness issues detracted from the experience. navigating to the bus station for the shuttle often meant a steep walk uphill, adding to the overall inconvenience.

Consider requesting room cleaning daily. we noticed it was not standard practice during our stay. This can enhance your comfort significantly.

The shuttle to the Masjid Haram also made our trips smoother, although it had some timing issues. Wi-Fi was a letdown, frequently disconnecting, which caused frustration. Occasionally, road closures made getting back from the Haram a challenge, leading to higher taxi fares. the staff's service was excellent and responsive to our needs. I felt quite comfortable during my three-night stay despite the transportation worries.

Jol at the pool and the free kahva was a lekker surprise! Staff were super friendly, especially Atif—such a chommie. The hotel’s got good vibes, and the rooms were always tidy. Really felt at home, like we were part of the place.
